Operated by: Innovate360 Marketing
1. Introduction
Innovate360 Marketing ("Innovate360," "we," "us," or "our") operates Akari Nexus, Akari Browser, and their associated websites, applications, software, AI agents, cloud workspaces, integrations, and services (collectively, the "Services").
We respect the privacy of our users and are committed to handling personal information responsibly, transparently, and securely.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we retain it, and the choices and rights available to you.
Akari Nexus is an AI-powered orchestration and workspace platform that enables individuals and organizations to coordinate artificial intelligence agents, automate browser-based activities, execute authorized tasks, manage files, connect third-party services, and operate isolated cloud computing environments.
Because the Services can perform work on your behalf, they may process information from websites, applications, documents, connected accounts, and other resources you authorize.
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires consent for particular processing activities, we will request that consent separately.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- Akari Nexus and Akari Browser.
- Akari-operated websites and applications.
- AI agents and automated workflows.
- Cloud-hosted computers, browsers, and execution environments.
- Connected third-party services and integrations.
- File storage, task execution, and workspace management.
- Related support, account management, and communications.
Additional agreements, including our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable Data Processing Agreements, may govern particular features or organizational subscriptions.
2. Our Role in Processing Information
Depending on how you use our Services, Innovate360 Marketing may act as either a data controller or a data processor.
When we act as a data controller
We determine how personal information is processed for purposes such as account creation, authentication, subscription management, customer support, security, website analytics, and our own business operations.
When we act as a data processor
When an organization uses Akari to process information belonging to its employees, clients, customers, or other individuals, the organization generally determines the purposes and authorized scope of that processing.
In these circumstances, Innovate360 processes information on the organization's behalf, subject to applicable agreements, documented instructions, and legal obligations.
Organizations are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and legal authority to provide information to Akari and authorize processing through the Services.
3. Information We Collect
The categories of information we collect depend on how you interact with the Services and which features you enable.
3.1 Account and Profile Information
We may collect:
- Name and email address.
- Username and authentication information.
- Company or organization name.
- Account preferences and settings.
- Workspace membership and assigned roles.
- Subscription status and associated account identifiers.
When you authenticate through a third-party identity provider, such as Google, we may receive account information made available through the authentication permissions you approve.
3.2 Billing and Transaction Information
We may process information relating to subscriptions, payments, credits, usage, purchases, invoices, refunds, and transaction history.
Payment card information may be collected and processed directly by authorized payment service providers.
We generally do not need to store complete payment card numbers to provide subscription and billing services.
3.3 AI Inputs, Outputs, and User Content
When you use our Services, we may process:
- Prompts, questions, and instructions.
- AI-generated responses and task plans.
- Uploaded or generated files.
- Documents, spreadsheets, images, and other media.
- Source code and application configuration.
- Task descriptions, execution instructions, and workflow definitions.
- Generated reports, summaries, and evidence packages.
- User feedback and task-related communications.
This information may contain personal, confidential, business, or proprietary information.
You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to Akari may lawfully be processed for the intended purpose.
3.4 Cloud Workspace and Execution Data
Akari may operate isolated remote computing environments to perform tasks on your behalf.
Depending on the enabled capabilities, these environments may process or generate:
- Files and directories.
- Terminal commands and their outputs.
- Application and execution logs.
- Browser screenshots and task evidence.
- Browser session information.
- Code generated or modified during task execution.
- Runtime configuration and operational metadata.
- Workspace snapshots and recovery information.
We process this information to operate the Services, carry out authorized tasks, preserve task state where supported, diagnose failures, and maintain security.
3.5 Browser Automation Data
When you authorize Akari Browser or a connected browser environment to perform work, our Services may access and process information from websites and applications involved in that work.
This may include:
- Webpage content and relevant page metadata.
- Information displayed within authenticated websites.
- Forms, buttons, links, and interactive elements.
- Browser navigation and automation actions.
- Screenshots and downloaded files.
- Session and authentication context needed for authorized tasks.
- Information entered, uploaded, or submitted by authorized agents.
Browser-related data may be transmitted to our servers and authorized service providers to complete task execution.
Akari's ability to interact with a website does not establish that an action is authorized. Users must have the appropriate rights to access accounts, information, and services they direct Akari to use.
3.6 Connected Accounts and Third-Party Integrations
You may authorize Akari to connect to external applications and services.
Depending on the permissions granted, connected services may provide information such as:
- Account identity and profile details.
- Documents and files.
- Email and communication content.
- Calendars and scheduling information.
- Project and repository information.
- Business application records.
- Information needed to perform authorized workflows.
We seek to limit access to the information reasonably necessary for the enabled functionality.
Information received from connected services may appear in task results, generated documents, execution logs, or workspace files when needed to complete your requested work.
3.7 Credentials and Authentication Information
Certain features may require authentication tokens, API keys, session credentials, or other authorized access mechanisms.
We use this information to authenticate requested connections and carry out authorized operations.
Credentials are not intended to be displayed unnecessarily in task outputs or shared across unrelated customer workspaces.
Users should avoid placing passwords or secret keys directly into prompts or files when a supported, secure authentication method is available.
3.8 Technical and Usage Information
We may automatically collect:
- IP addresses and approximate geographic location.
- Browser and operating system information.
- Device identifiers and technical characteristics.
- Login timestamps and access activity.
- Feature usage and task execution metadata.
- Resource consumption and credit usage.
- Error messages and performance information.
- Security and diagnostic events.
This information helps us operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.
3.9 Communications and Support
If you contact us, we may collect your contact details, messages, support requests, feedback, and information necessary to investigate or resolve reported issues.
We may also maintain records of security-related and administrative communications.

We process personal information for the following purposes.
4.1 Providing the Services
We use information to:
- Create and maintain user accounts.
- Authenticate users and manage workspace permissions.
- Operate AI agents and orchestration workflows.
- Execute authorized browser and computing tasks.
- Process uploaded information and generate outputs.
- Manage file storage and task artifacts.
- Maintain sessions and persistent workspaces where supported.
- Provide integrations with connected services.
- Process billing, subscriptions, and credits.
- Deliver technical support and service notifications.
4.2 Artificial Intelligence Processing
Akari may use authorized third-party AI model providers to interpret requests, create plans, generate content, reason about tasks, and support automated execution.
Information relevant to a request may be transmitted to those providers for processing.
We seek to limit transmitted information to what is reasonably necessary to deliver the requested functionality.
The handling of information by third-party AI providers is governed by applicable service agreements, configurations, and data protection obligations.
4.3 Service Improvement
We may use operational information, performance metrics, user feedback, and appropriately aggregated or de-identified analytics to:
- Identify software defects.
- Improve reliability and execution quality.
- Optimize infrastructure usage.
- Develop and evaluate product features.
- Improve security and operational performance.
We do not intend to use private workspace content or connected-account information to train general-purpose AI models without an appropriate legal basis and any consent required by law.
In particular, Google API user data is subject to the additional restrictions described in Section 6.
4.4 Security and Fraud Prevention
We may process information to:
- Detect unauthorized account access.

4.5 Communications and Marketing
We may send account notifications, billing information, product updates, maintenance notices, and security communications.
Where permitted by law, we may also send promotional communications about our Services.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the instructions provided in those messages.
Essential transactional, security, and service-related communications may continue even after you opt out of marketing.
4.6 Legal Compliance
We may use or disclose information as reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, valid legal processes, regulatory requirements, or enforceable obligations.
5. AI Agents and Automated Actions
Akari is designed to enable AI systems to perform tasks on behalf of authorized users.
Depending on the features and permissions you enable, agents may navigate websites, read information, modify files, execute code, complete forms, manage supported application workflows, and interact with third-party services.
Some actions may modify external systems or produce effects that cannot be automatically reversed.
We may implement approval requirements, access restrictions, execution controls, and other safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorized or unintended actions.
Users and organizations remain responsible for defining authorized activities, reviewing requested permissions, and providing necessary approvals.
Akari does not guarantee that every AI-generated action or result will be error-free.
Where supported, task histories, execution records, and generated evidence may be retained to assist with review, troubleshooting, security, and accountability.
6. Google API Services and User Data
Akari may offer integrations with Google services, including Google authentication, Google Workspace applications, and other Google APIs.
This section explains how we handle information obtained through those integrations.
6.1 Access to Google Data
Akari accesses Google user data only through permissions granted by the user or authorized organization and in accordance with applicable Google policies.
Depending on the features enabled and permissions requested, this information may include account profile information, files, documents, communications, calendar information, or other authorized Google Workspace data.
The specific data available to Akari depends on the permissions granted and the functionality requested.
6.2 Use of Google Data
We use Google user data only to provide or improve authorized, user-facing functionality, including authentication, information retrieval, document processing, and automation tasks requested through Akari.
We do not use Google user data for unrelated purposes.
In particular:
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising or advertising audience creation.
- We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers or advertising networks.
- We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility.
- We do not use Google user data to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models beyond the specific personalized uses permitted by Google's policies.
6.3 Sharing Google Data
Google user data may be processed by authorized service providers only where necessary to provide or improve permitted user-facing features and subject to applicable authorization and contractual restrictions.
Other transfers are limited to circumstances permitted by Google's policies, including applicable security requirements, legal obligations, and other specifically authorized exceptions.
6.4 Human Access to Google Data
We do not permit routine human review of private Google user data.
Access may occur only in limited circumstances permitted by applicable Google policies, such as where a user has provided appropriate consent, where access is necessary to investigate security issues or abuse, where information is properly aggregated and anonymized for permitted internal operations, or where required by law.
6.5 Revoking Access
You may revoke Akari's access to Google services using available connection-management features or your Google Account permissions.
Revoking access prevents future retrieval through the revoked authorization. Information previously processed or retained within Akari remains subject to our applicable retention and deletion procedures.
6.6 Google Limited Use Compliance
Akari's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We will request only the Google API permissions reasonably necessary for supported functionality and will not use Google API data for purposes prohibited by those requirements.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information as part of our business model.
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
7.1 AI Model Providers
Authorized AI providers may process prompts, relevant task context, and other information necessary to generate responses or perform requested operations.
7.2 Infrastructure and Technology Providers
Cloud hosting, database, storage, authentication, monitoring, and execution service providers may process information to deliver infrastructure and operational services.
7.3 Payment and Billing Providers
Payment processors may receive information necessary to process payments, subscriptions, refunds, and related transactions.
7.4 Connected Services
When you direct Akari to interact with an external application, information required for the authorized operation may be transmitted to that application.
Actions performed inside third-party services remain subject to those services' applicable policies and terms.
7.5 Organization Administrators
If you use Akari through an organization-managed workspace, authorized organization owners or administrators may have access to workspace content, task activity, audit information, usage records, and other information according to their assigned permissions.
Information stored in a separately maintained personal workspace is not automatically made accessible to an organization merely because a user joins that organization.
7.6 Professional Advisors and Legal Authorities
We may share information with professional advisors, regulators, courts, or other authorities where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
7.7 Business Transactions
Information may be disclosed in connection with an acquisition, merger, restructuring, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable confidentiality, privacy, contractual, and legal requirements.
Information obtained through Google APIs remains subject to Google's applicable restrictions.
8. Data Security
We use or seek to maintain technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of the information processed.
Our security architecture is intended to support:
- Separation of customer and organization workspaces.
- Authentication and authorization controls.
- Restricted access to sensitive credentials.
- Protected communications and storage.
- Scoped access to authorized resources.
- Approval controls for designated sensitive operations.
- Security monitoring and audit records.
- Controlled workspace and resource lifecycles.
No software, cloud infrastructure, or electronic transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Users should protect their login credentials, maintain appropriate account permissions, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Where required by applicable law, we will notify affected parties and relevant authorities of qualifying personal data breaches.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for periods reasonably necessary to deliver the Services, support legitimate operational needs, fulfill applicable obligations, and comply with the law.
Retention periods may differ according to the category of information and applicable workspace settings.
9.1 Task Files and Generated Artifacts
Our intended standard retention period for task files and generated artifacts is 30 days, unless a different period is displayed, selected, or required under applicable agreements.
Where available, the application will display relevant expiration information.
Users should export information they wish to preserve before its expiration.
9.2 Workspace and Execution Data
Workspace information, execution records, session data, and snapshots may be retained for the period necessary to provide configured persistence, recovery, security, and operational functionality.
Different types of workspace data may have different retention periods.
9.3 Account and Workspace Deletion
Akari's intended account and workspace deletion process includes a reversible hold of up to 60 days.
Where this recovery process is supported, authorized account or workspace owners may cancel a pending deletion during the displayed recovery period.
A deletion recovery hold does not guarantee restoration of individual files that have already expired under separate retention rules.
After the applicable recovery period expires, permanent deletion procedures are intended to remove eligible active account and workspace data, subject to applicable legal obligations, technical limitations, and backup retention requirements.
9.4 Billing and Security Records
We may retain billing, tax, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, and compliance records for longer periods when reasonably necessary or legally required.
9.5 Backups and Disaster Recovery
Backups may retain copies of information for a limited period after deletion from active systems.
Backup information is subject to applicable security and recovery controls and is removed in accordance with the relevant backup lifecycle.
9.6 External Services
Deleting information from Akari does not necessarily delete information already created, transmitted, or modified within a third-party service.
Users may need to manage that information directly with the relevant service provider.

We may direct those requests to the relevant organization or assist it in responding.
11. Cookies and Analytics
Our websites and applications may use cookies and similar technologies to support authentication, maintain sessions, remember preferences, improve performance, and understand how the Services are used.
Where required by law, we will obtain consent before using optional analytics or marketing cookies.
